We start with a complementary, 20-minute phone consultation to discuss fit and needs.

Initial and ongoing psychotherapy sessions are 45 minutes.

Consultation sessions for therapists may be 45 minutes or 60 minutes, depending on client needs.

Consultation groups for therapists are 60 to 90 minutes as determined by group members.
